How to email your team from the TeamSnap ONE app

With the TeamSnap ONE app, team staff can now send emails to everyone on your team or select members of your team, save drafts for later, and preview emails before sending them, while contacts can view an archive of received messages.

How staff can send emails to team members

  1. Open the TeamSnap ONE app and select your team on the Home tab.
  2. Tap the email icon at the top of the screen on your Schedule, Roster, or Media tab.
  3. Tap Compose email.
  4. Select the members of your team you'd like to email.
    1. You can email the full team, or pick individual people.
  5. Add your subject line and message.
  6. Tap Send.

Tip: Not ready to send? Tap Save draft, and your message will be waiting for you the next time you open email — on your phone or on the web.

Who receives your email?

Your email goes to people on your roster who have created their account and joined the team.

Important: Anyone who hasn't created their TeamSnap account and joined the team yet won't receive emails from team staff. If someone is missing your messages, have them check for the team invitation.

When you're picking recipients, you'll be able to see who's been invited but hasn't joined the roster yet.

If someone says they didn't get your email

Work through these in order:

  1. Check whether they've accepted their invitation. A pending member won't receive an email.
  2. Check the email address on their roster entry. A typo is the most common culprit.
  3. Ask them to check spam, junk, or their promotions folder.
  4. Ask them to whitelist noreply-team-messages@email.teamsnap.com to ensure emails from your team always appear in their inbox

If none of that explains it, contact TeamSnap support for additional troubleshooting assistance.
